Who we are
A manufacturing floor, not a trading desk
Our workshop assembles high-visibility vests and workwear for site crews, distributors and private-label buyers. Panels are cut and stitched on site, tape is applied at dedicated benches, and finished goods are packed to the marking agreed with each buyer.
That arrangement keeps the sample and the bulk run on the same equipment. When a tape position or stitch line is approved on the sample, the same bench repeats it in production.

Process & quality
From cut panel to packed carton
Each stage has a check before the bundle moves on, so faults are caught before packing rather than after.
Brief & spec
Send the garment type, tape layout, colours, sizes and target quantity.
Sample
We confirm fabric and tape on a pre-production sample before any bulk run.
Production
Cutting, stitching and tape assembly run in sequence with bundle checks.
QC & dispatch
Counted, packed to your marking and staged for inspection or collection.

Output and lead times depend on the style and the tape layout, so they are confirmed with the quotation rather than published as a fixed figure.
