A factory you can walk through
Three stations decide the quality of a reflective garment. Each one runs under the same roof in Zhongshan.

Stitching floor
Panels are cut and stitched on site
Cut panels move down the sewing line in sequence, so a size run stays consistent from the first bundle to the last. Operators work on industrial machines with the pattern and thread colour checked at the start of each bundle.
- Panel cutting
- Industrial stitching
- Size-run bundling

Reflective-tape assembly
Tape is placed by hand, then checked
Retroreflective tape is positioned and pressed at dedicated benches. Placement is checked against the approved sample before the garment moves to finishing, which keeps the tape lines square after washing.
- Tape placement
- Bench pressing
- Placement check

Packing & warehouse
Finished goods are counted and packed to your marking
Finished vests are folded, polybagged and packed by size. Cartons are marked to the packing list agreed with the buyer, then staged on shelving for collection or dispatch.
- Size assortment
- Carton marking
- Staged dispatch
