Carton marking that survives an inspection
Size assortment, carton numbering and barcode placement are the three details inspectors check first.

Inspection usually starts at the carton, not the garment. A clear size assortment on the outside, sequential carton numbering and a barcode placed where it will not be covered by tape all reduce the number of cartons opened during the check.
We mark cartons against the packing list agreed with the buyer, so the count on the outside matches the count inside before the goods leave the floor.
