What buyers check on a factory visit

From tape benches to staged cartons, the areas that show whether a workshop actually runs the process it describes.

A short visit tells a buyer more than a catalogue. Look at where the tape is applied, how bundles are labelled between stations, and whether finished cartons are staged separately from incoming fabric.

Ask to see a garment mid-process rather than a finished sample. The intermediate state shows whether the tape and stitching steps are actually carried out in-house.
